100 Squats a day

Squats are one of the easiest and most effective exercises for strength, mobility, and weight loss. It engages all the major muscle groups of the lower body at once. I enjoy more than 100 squats a day only with my body weight. (e.g., 40 squats x 3 times a day). It is simple and easy, but it works well for me.
